New banner + Layout change:)

So I've putted a new banner on :) It's about the starhub awards too, took so long to do. I actually had to restart it three times because I lost the other ones by accident....I hate pixlr -__- Wish I had photoshop :P
& to fit the new banner, I had to change the layout colors a little bit too :)
So here it is!
